1. The OT wishing to work in Belgium is citizen of a country within the EU and
    has obtained the OT degree within a country of the EU.
    (EU nationality and EU degree)

2. The OT wishing to work in Belgium is a citizen of a country within the EU,
    but has obtained the OT degree outside a country of the EU
    (EU nationality without EU degree)

3. The OT wishing to work in Belgium is no citizen of a country within the EU
    and hasn’t obtained the OT degree within the EU
   (no EU nationality, no EU degree)

4. The OT OT wishing to work in Belgium is no citizen of a country of the EU,
    but did obtain the OT degree within the EU
    (no EU nationality, but EU degree.)
